Development blueprints for Epstein's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this recent document disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section labelling different sections of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, such as plans for boat shelters.
More documentation released as part of the current congressional disclosure.
